New radio for KARC member VA7FEL, Francois LaPierre

Myles, VE7FSR and Ralph, VA7VZA helped build (cobble together) a new radio for Francois, VA7FEL.  The package consists of a Tait UHF mobile radio, 7A switching power supply, and a home-brew quarter wave ground plane UHF antenna mounted on a makeshift mast.  Ralph installed it, and Francois says it works very well and has him back on the air.
