October 2022 Mt. Lolo Power Line Repair

Photos of the damage that resulted in the failure of our power to Mt. Lolo in late October, and of Myles, VE7FSR working to restore electrical service.   Peter, VE7DNZ, also helped get things back in action, thank you to Peter!

Note: a contributing factor (or completely coincidental) could have been the failure of the baseboard heater in the KARC building on Mt. Lolo.

The baseboard heater was replaced with a new 208V 1750W unit from Guillevin Electric.  Now we have a nice, toasty ~19C inside, great to warm up and dry in the shack after slogging up in winter.
